Disclaimer and Waiver of Liability

I acknowledge that I have voluntarily applied to participate with my dog training activities with The Doghouse L.L.C.

I am aware that there are inherent risks and dangers to myself, any children in my charge and my dog in those activities and in being around other dogs, I am voluntarily participating in the activities with the knowledge of these potential risks and dangers. I am not relying on The Doghouse L.L.C. to prevent such risks and dangers.

In order to participate in training activities, and being fully informed of such risks and hazards, I agree to assume all risks of injury to myself and my dog. I explicitly waive and release any and all claims or actions that I or anyone claiming from me may have against The Doghouse L.L.C., and its employees and agents, from liability for any injuries to myself, my dog, any children in my charge who take part in the activities, or harm to property caused directly
or indirectly by any acts that might occur in conjunction with dog training classes and activities.

I agree to assume sole responsibility for injury or damage caused by myself, children in my charge, and by the dog I own or handle during participation in training classes and activities and to indemnify, defend, and hold The Doghouse L.L.C. harmless from any damage, loss, liability, or expense, including legal costs and attorney fees, which result from damage caused by myself, children in my charge, or the dog I own or handle.

I further understand and acknowledge that successful dog training results are possible only with my full participation, cooperation and follow-through on the methods demonstrated during the training or consultation sessions. Furthermore, continued success is dependent upon my personal ongoing and consistent efforts of management and training with my dog. I have carefully read this release of liability and fully understand its contents thereof.
